The first one and expansion packs are pretty good. Good luck getting the second one to run. Didnt play the third one.
from a pure gameplay perspective, all of them are fine. They all have different strengths.Their common weakness is that the rts part doesn't tie in super well in the rpg part, but its cool to control armies in an rpg for once
This is probably an ok game, but I can't recommend playing it because it doesn't have the speed up the game button and without it Spellforce turns into a slog where you walk for minutes from different point or boringly kiting enemies.
