>>2456325I have almost finished this game when I was a kid and I have mixed opinions but I won't spoil things unless people want to.
I liked the expanding scope of this game, starting off as a lieutenant commanding an old corvette doing anti-piracy patrols and the map slowly expands as the player gains ranks.
This is a weird game. The ground combat is terrible. The space combat is a little better but you will still find it dated. The 4x part is passable. With later missions it let's you move more at your own pace, but if you are slow you will get Fucking wrecked later when the map expands so it really behaves to push through the early missions as fast as you can and make Admiral quickly so you gain enough control over com9lony development and research.
