What is the best game for playing as a ruthless international corporation? Think United Fruit Company, Nestle, HBC, and so on. Bonus points if you can be extremely exploitative and evil. Closest thing I've found so far is playing megacorporations in Stellaris, but it's not particularly great at selling the experience, since you just play like any other empire but with an abstract "establish branch office" button.

honestly you might have to make it yourself. there might be some capitalism-evil business sim out there but I wouldn't count on that being good

Patrician, no contest. You can be a Hanseatic monopoly-enforcing, scarcity-provoking, piracy-funding, competitor-sabotaging, influence-peddling, graft-enjoying businessman. Also the most corrupt politician and the most evil landlord. By comparison, being a pirate is almost quaint.

Anno 2070 playing as Tycoons

You could also imagine yourself as that in Anno 1800 by just having the worst possible conditions for your new world colonies
