Most vtubers in relationships stream whilst their bf is at work and finish before they get back. That way they can stream every day and still have just as much time with him as she would if she had a normal job anyway, so the relationship is unaffected. The only problem would arise from doxxing and her letting the internet attention get to her head, making him feel like she has thousands of men to pick from so he better ensure she's satisfied in the relationship. I don't think vtubers in relationships get a kick out of cucking fans. Probably do at first but then the thrill goes away for it's nothing new, and it's not like sex is always great anyway. Sometimes couples do it more out of habit and routine than actually having a great time.

Eh, there's lots of options to stream and have a baby.

In theory at the times she's streaming, the boyfriend or her parents could be looking after the baby somewhere else, and come back when she's done/she rents somewhere just for streaming. If money allows, they could also get a nanny/daycare for when she's streaming. The main thing is her streaming schedule is going to be sporadic for the first few months while the baby's a handful, unless they have the perfect baby who skeeps through the night.
