What if you have a small list or bucket of one off stream ideas/backup ideas for the times like this or in the future when you don't really have a schedule or maybe if a collab falls through you just go to the ideas bucket/list and stream that instead. It could be a game in the backlog or a game that's more one off or short. Maybe something that you wanted to try out or a zatsu idea or asmr thing you wanted to experiment or just a comfort game like stardew or animal crossing. Just something you can have in the back pocket or play whenever to fill in a timeslot. What do you think?

I was homeschool/self schooled my whole life as in first grade the teachers wanted to put me on adhd meds and my mom refused to have the school turn me into a drugged out zombie. I have such comfy memories of playing Oracle of Ages in the car on a road trip as a kid. nah i was thinking "don't hate the playa hate the game" and regulation being the solution as well. landlords are acting rationally and you would do the same in their situation. the demand just far exceeds the supply. imagine you were an artist that can do 3 commissions a month but you had thousands of people applying - you'd raise the criteria for applications to weed them out, including raising the price, nepotism, easier/safer requests, etc. yes people need houses and don't need art but that's not the landlord's problem he isn't your dad (neither is the government, but at least its closer).

I think it really depends on context. My dad's been in the landlord game for a long time now and he never does stuff like that, because to him the value of a happy tenant that likes him and always gets their rent in on time is worth far more than squeezing a few more bucks out of them. I guess if you're in a place where the number of prospective tenants is massive compared to the number of properties so you're flooded with applicants all the time it might start to make sense, but if this kind of behavior generates even one additional month of vacancy you've lost many times what you would have made by doing this. Around here I don't think it would really make sense anyway.

morning pyon. i fell asleep before the topic started and i want to blog about my underage gooning. spoilered i guess for any high disgust sensitivity champs.
