The other thing I've anons mentioning that fact she'll be the largest chuuba in pretty much any corpo she'd join but she's always been willing to collab with literally anyone.

Phase can offer two things to Filian:

1. Easy access to people that she can collaborate with. If she becomes their boss, she can use them for her streams.

2. ALL her productions are incredibly scuffed and you saw what happened to her Vtuber awards. Phase are the best in the business as far as Internet productions go. So she could have them make sure that her bigger ideas didn't end up failing and it would safeguard her Vtubers awards.

If she was smart she'd have been saving money all the time she's been streaming (and despite the character she plays she does seem much more intelligent about corporate things than people give her credit for - also randomly dropping in theoretical physics facts in the middle of high energy flipping). But that does beg the question why drag it all out? Like you say it's going to be very difficult for her to return to anything like the kind of audience she had before - sure the return stream (if it is one) will have big numbers but I can't see it lasting. And again from Doki's situation she only seemed to need a few months to set everything up. So this gap with Filian just makes zero sense to me. She doesn't seem stupid enough to be unaware it was going to harm her and she didn't practically need all this time to set things up.

She can already collab with them just fine. Filian never wants for collab partners.

No, they really aren't. Filian's own productions were far bigger than anything Phase has produced so far, and she's not even alone on that front with Doki and Ironmouse also producing very high quality events without involving Phase Connect.
Phase if anything is dangerous to these kinds of projects because they've been shown to fly by the seat of their pants and do everything last minute instead of having a proper pipeline.
As for "safeguarding" anything, they couldn't even protect Clara from their own fans. They wouldn't have been able to do anything for Filian's awards.
