For english chuubas, I'd say either Mint or Limealicious. Both are solid all-rounders and pretty creative, with Mint being an excitable weeb and Laimu being very cozy, but also very witty and funny.Otherwise if you want something more specific/japanesey, Holo has a lot of more of that + the hololive environment of a large group of connected girls with regular collabs. Personally I'd shill Dokibird if you have any kind of interest in shooter games or esports, as well. Her voice is an acquired taste and she's a bit of a brat, but she's the best kind of brat and always coming up with new kinds of events or projects for her fans.

Neuro-sama/evil neuro specifically streams where vedal is there. The AI is unhinged like fuck sometimes and vedal is a very fun person to watch. Its also pretty interesting from a tech lens. Neuro honestly acts weirdly human occasionally. Plus you wont have to be embarrassed if someone catches you watching it unlike most other vtubers who bounce their massive tits and talk like babies.Neuro will always be one of my favorite vtubers.
