I'd be so embarrassed if I had a comparable health emergency. I can only imagine what it was like for Pillow, poor girl. She had to explain what was going on to a bunch of strangers, and she still needs more tests. Honestly I talk about wanting to be there for her but I'm worried I'd not know what to do and just freeze up in a situation like that.

Yeah she's a good friend and I'm glad she showed up but Pillow having to make the 911 call and speak to all those people on her own before Olive arrived must've been really difficult.
I really hope there's just been a miscommunication and she can get the follow-up appointment she needs without much more hassle.
