I gotta give Mint major props for putting out such a cool music video with so much of her own creativity and effort jammed in when she was so incredibly ill on that Japan trip. I know it's probably not good for someone to push themselves that hard but there are few things that make me just go, "wow, she must really care" more than that. Always makes me respect someone. I'm not a big fan of flesh because I'm a model-only purist (hands at most) but the way the video was shot and the addition of the costumes and chibis to censor felt like a really well executed way of achieving what she was talking about (making it grounded and more relatable) without breaking the immersion

I just got a job offer that will let me escape my (genuinely abusive to the point of multiple illegal behaviors) workplace!I remember I chatted with another indie in marshmallow about it (she said she wanted to know how working a "real" job was since it had been years since she had done a 9 to 5) and she PM'ed me specifically to tell me how seriously messed up my situation was and to leave the moment I was financially able to or lined another job offer up. Good times.That was over a year ago now and it's only gotten worse, so I'm pretty happy to get out of there.
