Many, but the most important ones are the basic ones.
You can try to see how it works out if you can wait for a handful (said to not overwhelm with numbers, because most don't see results until 30 or so shorts have been posted). You learn to edit and start getting your knowledge about the skill to slowly expand, because even if you want to do long form offline content you still have to practice editing anyways, and it lets you both do that and also gain some feedback from those who consume the shorts once you start dropping them with the correct frequency. And my personal favourite: you learn to wait, because you need to work so much for something that everyone else praises as nigh instantaneous success, while in reality you need to grind maybe 40, 60, or even 100 shorts before it finally kicks off and you start seeing results, and this is what needs to practiced for the whole of streaming, if you don't know how to wait, you will graduate when you see that the results don't exactly match your expectations or desires.
Those amongst many others, like building the reps muscle, becoming more disciplined in vtubing and learning to have dedication, exploring fields like how to go about offline content and how to write stuff like scripts or edit the clips from your streams into engaging enough media, building the archive of tools to later utilize on other projects (as in, you get one stock image that you can reutilize later on, a sfx, a gif, you get it), when it does work out gain an audience for the channel in which you could later on drop a longer format video and know that it, at the very least, won't be a 0view video...

I wish there was a place where you could post your achievements. At least I can tell my family and friends about them, but some people don't have the same commodities.

Maybe it doesn't track me properly because I'm not an affiliate and my VODs disappear after a week? I also have phone # requirements for chatters.
