Knowing /biz/shit, it's probably because vtubing/Cover isn't diversifying enough, leveraging their audience for sponsors/advertising, and growing by doing mainstream stuff like all their talent should be grinding away doing VA work and cover taking a fat cut of it and such. Probably a result of low confidence since holoearth has somewhat failed.
