Idk maybe it's just me but it seems like the devs kind of failed at balancing the maps, they are either so complicated and difficult nobody finds anyone or are so simple and easy everyone gets found (like Backrooms map). The only map that seems close to balanced is Farm but it's a bit too small to really be actually balanced.
