Most 2-views have this. They promote one of their loyal fans to mod status because they know they'll be there all the time and it keeps the fan hooked abd possibly even encourages them to give more because they feel special. Sometimes it goes past that, sometimes it doesn't. Most shitposters here will say that they're always fucking behind the scenes.
