Is everyone in this thread stupid? They're not talking about creating an entirely new platform, they're talking about introducing the setup they have for holoAN and mekpark - cutting costs by not implementing live 2D because they've had to whittle down everything
It's a way to introduce more and more new talents without having to spend on live2D, several different illustrators for the character designs (holoAN have literally the exact same faces) assets like streaming backgrounds, original songs etc. (don't need a composer/producer if you get talents that can also make the songs)

How did you parse that from the image in the OP? If they're just porting over their holoAN/mekPark strategy, they wouldn't be "unveiling" a "new system".
At a stretch it's a non-live2D based system that holoAN and mekPark will use that is halfway between static 2D pngtubing and real live2D. But the wording is vague enough that >>112884481 is also plausible. Or simulstreaming to holoplus.
