Cover began as a tech company. Hololive was essentially a glorified tech demo until they realized there was a future in it.

I have no idea what Yagoo is doing anymore and HoloEmotion is even an dumber strategy than having them stream on Twitch. At least Hololive EN hasn't been forced into this yet but it's baffling to replace HoloEarth with another garbage fire.
