Now try to do the opposite, and spin one arm forwards and the opposite arm backwards. You probably can't do that without practice. But to a Zoomer, playing a retro game like that is probably totally "unc" and you'll just look older to them. That's why I think it's about the interplay with your audience. You lean into the traits and behaviours they find cute. And many times, they will be trying actively to lead you there (well, when they aren't horny and actively trying to lead you /there/ instead).

But I see the point about the ID's making the links much more stable, so I'll need to muse on that for a bit. It's not so much a problem of the tool itself, since the tool is just taking whatever links the user provides, but maybe a future version of the tool can do some of the canonization work itself (it's already automatically "naming" links based on the site URL).I only really thought of it this morning, but maybe my tool can take data from the /vt/list as an input to quickly spin up a new rentry? That rapport makes things go a lot more smoothly and consistently good.But I think the best "collabs" tend to be a streamer with people not actively streaming (no cross-talk as people try to address their own chat), or where the streamer is talkative but the other partners are reactive (keeps the streamer centered, but leaves space for the others to participate).
