She's been improving, but in her case improving means reducing the deficit so she loses weight slower than she had been. She still eats below maintenance and has made zero progress gaining back what she would need to in order to not be in danger. It's good that she's dying less quickly than she had been, but she's still going to continue to get worse until she can manage to eat more than her body uses every day.

In the entire state of Ohio on i75N only 1 highway rest stop is open. There isn't an angle I can take this picture from to get across how many trucks are parked here. They are overflowing onto both the on and off ramps and the car parking. They are 3 layers deep on their own parking lot + dubble parked in all the lanes. Every exit in Ohio were there has been truck accessible gass stations has had trucks parked on the ramps too. They legally can only drive for soo long at a time before they have to pull off and there has been construction traffic so they can't just keep going

i go on 35-45min walks daily and the American Heart Association claims 30min 5x/week is the minimum for baseline heart protection benefits so something doesn't quite add up. maybe the app doesnt count steps unless it is turned on?

Today on my hike, I saw two turtles inside an old fenced football pitch, and they couldn't find the way out. I carried them to a nearby area with lots of trees and bushes, and I was carrying them like in the picture all the way because I was worried I might drop them.
I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I'm kinda like a superhero if you think about it.
