There is a massive difference between everyone leaving Tsunderia and Phase. That corpo was already on death's door with Dizzy basically left to pick up everyone's slack and do far more than she was expected to as an employee, the others may have still liked the friends they made there but the writing was on the wall and there was no point in staying. Phase on the other hand is pretty healthy; they held a con in San Fran that was a success despite some unexpected hiccups, idol talents like Lia had pretty well liked 3D debuts, and even Alias got to show off their 3D during Phase Con's concert.
