I would argue Phase has yet to have a truly meaningful member leave without some kind of firestorm and nobody was "owed their flowers" so-to-speak.

Yuri was very meaningful, but she did allegedly some bad shit to the other talents on the way out so she was not given any love when she left.

Clara made her contributions especially in her first year, but was on a 6-month no-stream streak when she left as it was, and both she and the toxic part of the fanbase were made for eachother in terms of being obnoxious assholes towards eachother.

Saya never streamed and everyone knew she was only gonna be around like a year, and people are still cool with her. she has re-appeared in a couple things since and people welcome her back.

Memory nobody will ever say a bad thing about, but she was JP and JP's have less of a pressence in Phase it just is what it is. But she would be welcomed back no problem.

Anya was a disappointment because she had huge expectations coming in and just never tried for whatever reason. Not a reason to hate her, but she made no contributions to the group. I expect when she collabs with Phase as Nyana, Anya's tenure will be something everyone can laugh at together and forget it ever happened.
