A more realistic scenario than OPs fantasy is that Phase doesn't get its merch situation under control, fans become gushy about buying it, they leave a lot of money on the table. Less money for talents, less money for projects. Growth stalls out. Maybe a couple people leave if they think they can do better solo. Thats one of the worst case scenarios. They could also just get their shit together with the tariffs gone.
