Due to having more complex brains I bet dragons would take longer than most hatched birds to develope after birth. That said unlike fledged birds dragons would stay with their mother longer to learn more complex things like language. Guess it depends on how long it takes for egg-laying, hatching, and "fledging" (not all dragons have feathers but it's the young stage of birds in nests).

Wyverns would be easy to domesticate.
With the right species with good temperment, social hierarchy, and lifespans, wyverns would be excellent companions if bred correctly. They're fairly intelligent as well. They can be as huge or as small as you need them to be.

The rock dodo domestication project is almost a success. Problem is we don't know if the dodos can survive outside of Loreli or not. They are dependent on a sea food and fruit diet.
Apparently the farm dodos do enjoy people's company. Sometimes they sit in your lap on windy days. They're practically like giant flightless pigeons.
