The chuubas will suffer pulling in income without pandering to JP/EN and then that'll cause contention with the local fans. Not to mention the JP/EN fans will by default not pay attention to them because they from a different branch. All the ID talents could've found more success if they had just been included in JP or EN.Not to mention lack of events and investment because the regions are poor as hell making local fans upset.
