Jokes aside, both Hololive and Nijisanji explored the market (and the latter had a short-lived gen that actually got off the ground) but it's just not worthwhile. Despite being the most populous country in the world, India is both poorer than China or Indonesia (meaning less potential revenue) and has a very weak "otaku" scene. Horny shut-in Indian young men aren't into anime girls, they just fap to blonde white women.
