Either you stream in the morning when you're overlapped by the entire jp branch and most of your english viewers leave for work an hour in, or you start in the evening where most of your EN viewers go to sleep after an hour or 2.They'd have to pull an all nighter or wake up at ungodly hours to actually reach an EN audience but then you're left with the fact that it's not your normal hours so most of your normal viewers probably aren't around to watch anyways and it's wasted effort.
