Those are all good ideas. Hey, if you want to gain more confidence before leaving your comfort zone, talk to VTubers more, not just Pillow. Get familiar with them and go to their meet-and-greets. It's more of a controlled environment than talking to women IRL, and they're all going to be nice to you. Look good for them, compliment them, share something about yourself, try to make them laugh. You'll be able to tell if their reactions are genuine rather than just done out of politeness, and maybe that'll make you feel better about yourself.

If I’m really digging deep, one of my main problems is that I believe if I were to get close enough to anyone and they learned enough about me they would totally drop me eventually. So I keep a comfortable distance between me and everyone I interact with. That’s why a relationship with a vtuber feels pretty ideal to me lol. You could call it a mental block but it feels very real to me. I’m rambling now.

I think attitude is more important than biology. If you stay in shape, dress nicely, put effort into your grooming and respect yourself, you'll be attractive to the right kind of woman. A woman who marks you down for things you can't control isn't worth your time.
