>>114283925youtube has avc1 (h264), vp9 & av1 (h265), in ascending qualityto my knowledge youtube doesn't have streams with av1 yet, so it's either h264 or vp9, which results in lower quality until the video is done processing in av1. at the very least that was the case with this stream, which was vp9its why often times clips look like absolute dogshit since they grab the VOD as soon as possible without waiting for it to fully process in a better codec. youtube is inconsistent as shit with this kinda stuff though, i know gigi's senran kagura streams were in h264 and looked terrible.
