>>114461045Why is there such deep irony in the human condition that on the surface, such a positive message that vtubers display on stream has a viewership that is deeply negative?
>>114461264It's the duality of man
>>114461264it's the relative anonymity of being on the internetdisgusting genuinely repulsive actual waste of oxygen human beings who simply cannot function in "the real world" turn to the internet to live out their lives, these people end up being viewers of online content creatorsit's possibly that some of these "people" (if you can call them that) are reading this thread right nowit is 100% certified fact that these "people" post in various generals on this boardyou can't escape it, just need to be aware of it
>>114460610It's funny how when fauna said it she was just treated as a bitch. Because she literally was being one.Meanwhile kanata went into a super detailed hour long presentation (even having English translations) about how management fucking sucks and how she was fed up with their utter lack of improvement, and literally all the Holomem jumped in to support her and call out management.
>>114461761Off topic, but this is still ongoing.Botan collected a bunch of data about how disorganised and overworked the managers themselves are.>Teams/departments do not talk to each other>critical tasks keep coming in and end up piling up, leading to last moment deadline changes for the talent>very late or no feedback for a lot of workEtc...
>>114461903This is some edgy high school diary writing
>>114461761this image is interesting. who did she want to change hololive for? who did she love that dearly to battle the management dragon?

>>114460610That reminds me of gamergate when 20 articles came out on the same day saying gamers are the problem
>>114463804sure will, from the inflated ego you'll obtain
>>114462087Didn't staff have a shitfit about the affordability of different departments? Some of the girls print millions. How can they possibly be shortstaffed if they're almost certainly making more than enough to cover the wages of extra management???
>>114466490Because making a lot doesn't necessarily mean they will have a much easier time recruiting for a, frankly put, job with relatively low pay and minimal career progression perspective. They still need people to apply for the job first (i.e: not related to HoloJP, but HoloID cannot expand now simply because Cover can't find more qualified managers for them and it has been going on for years).Cover's employee salaries are decent, but that doesn't mean they can just bump managers' salaries to as high as other jobs that usually considered "better" (i.e: studio staff, dev, sales, etc.) or people in those jobs would've been unhappy tooKanata said how each manager usually took care of 1-3 members but ideally she wanted multiple managers to work on one member instead
>>114466769What does a manager even do? organize meeting, write and respond to emails? gather assets and plan out short middle and long term goals? None of that stuff sounds particularly complicated and to be brutally honest sometimes I doubt the efficacy of the few staff they do have. I don't see why they would have difficulties hiring for what amounts to sitting on your ass all day.
>>114466852See picrel, from Botan and Korone's vid the other anon showed earlier. It's not complicated per se, just really time consuming. Even more so when the working time isn't really fixed - there are examples like Lamy calling her manager up at 2AM, right during JP Golden Week when said manager was taking a holiday break at their parents' house just because Lamy wanted to do a drinking stream and wanted the manager to look out for her in case she said something bad while being drunk. The manager was asleep, but woke up and got online mere minutes after Lamy called. IRyS's manager had to beg her not to take on a certain job that she wanted (but her schedule was too packed for) because if IRyS took it, the manager and IRyS would've had to stay at the studio for 3 days straight to deal with everything that lined up. Having to be at work at as early as 3-5AM is hardly unheard of for EN managers either if there is any 3D program for EN members. From what the girls said, those examples aren't one-off outliers.
>>114461761Fauna had disagreements with management because they didn't let her marry Vesper on stream and wanted her to come to japan to record things.Kanata had issues because she spent half a year working herself to down the bone to the point of her health breaking down, because she had to prepare her sololive all by herself, despite the fact that many of the related tasks should have been handled by the management. They are not the same.
