Don't do this vvv>I’m commissioning composers, BG artists, animators etc etc…Do you even know if you like streaming? Do you have a consistent schedule?Do you have games, chats, activities in mind? Those are your first priority, not spending so much you start in a hole. You don't NEED a fancy debut as an Indie. Save that for corpo stuff. What you NEED is a strong passion, enjoyment for what you're doing, a game plan for producing content, and an entertaining personality/voice you won't get sick of trying to keep up after two weeks. The superficial stuff can come AFTER you make some funds- those are worthy things to save up for and spend as expenses. For now, you need a cpnsistent income outside thus, because vtubing often does not pay early. Like an influencer, no one cares unless you have a big enough audience. So, get established first. Asking for donations right away or super chats or whatever is not going to pan out immediately, and nor should you try so early because people will often see that as just a grift. Start small. Stream a game series, whatever you're into. Try for one hour minimum, maybe three if you do long form. Do the same with chatting with your audience. Aidience interaction is key early, you want people to come back so you want to be memorable the best way to be memorable is to earnestly interact with your audience. Dunno WHAT kind of vtuber you wanna be, lewdtuber, cozy, retro, so i have to be broad... but really really really consider before you try to do girlfriend experience or Target parisocial heavy engagement. Dip your toe in first... not many people make it and it may take years before you get even a few dozen people to consistently come to your stream. No it's not to be overwhelming I'm getting one more piece of advice, Trend chasing is fine to get exposure but to keep people coming back you want to do something you're actually passionate about so games you like or I don't know reading books you like things that you like to do better specifically you that keep you coming back to want to stream. It can be exhausting always chasing the newest thing, and expensive. Don't fall into that hole.

Since then, I’ve started work at a maid cafe to dip my toes in idol work and gain talents ( singing, dancing, drawing and especially people skills ) and I’ve saved a lot of my idolbux to finally chase my dream. Yes, there is a small handful of people who managed to win the lottery and catch lightning in a bottle, like IronMouse, ShyLily, etc. You are not them, you are not entering the same world they entered. It is extremely foolish to believe that you can be like them because why would someone who watches them turn around to watch you instead?If male then everything gets a lot harder.

On one side of the people who want to know everything about the person behind the puppeteer, they will gladly seek out your old streams with your face revealed any comment on it and talk about your real life even if you didn't reveal much about it. And on the other side is people who don't want to know anything about your background they just want to know about the character lote for the puppet you are pretending. It's a toss up as to who you will attract. Without specifics I've got nothing more well that's not true. When it comes to collaborations, you kind of want to establish a nice little group of friends, not acquaintances, not coworkers but actual friends who you wouldn't mind playing games with it helps break up the monotony of simply streaming to your camera every day. However be very careful that it doesn't become a crutch for you, who's delicate balancing act too take Limelight and share spotlight in these collaborations so don't try to do too many at once. slow and stready. Also be wary of male collabong right off the bat and/or you want to make your stance on collabing with opposite gender coworkers gently known from the beginning so you don't spring it on people and surprise them which is more likely to feel like a betrayal to an audience.It's fine what you choose to do either way, you'll kind of get pushed back no matter what you do- but just realized there is a divide and it kind of comes down to Eastern streamer idle culture versus Western streamer streaming culture. Most of the points have already been covered, so I can only give a few tips1. If you are attempting to separate your roommate (irl) acc from your chuuba acc, make sure you have a strong OpSec. Vtuber schizos are one of the most autistic and unemployed groups and they can dig a lot of dirt and spread it fast2. Don't trust the press(drama tubers). They may sound kind and understanding, but they can just as easily turn on you and milk you for content, ESPECIALLY flesh drama tags3. Have a good community to rely on. You said that you're a 4view already, so you must have experience with this, just make sure to understand the difference between a face streamer and a vtuber fandom. My kamioshi started with playing retro games, now she performs regularly at cons as a singer because her community encouraged her(aka cyber bullied) into singing4. Stir away from drama. Not every drama post needs your opinion, nor should you judge a content creator without hearing the whole story, lest you be part of the next google docky5. Understand your platform's rule. If you have paid attention to recent years in the vtubing space, both twitch and youtube have been banning vtubers left, right and center for things flesh streamers do daily. Make sure your model isn't too revealing, dont be too opinionated against the platform and try not to be too "BASED" with your content. Sadly this is one of the debuffs you'll have to deal every day6. You mentioned that you have a warchest from your irl idol reps, keep that mindset and be very careful at commissioning artists, riggers, etc. Vtubing is still a young hobby, so many artists get to exploit or scam new up and commers. Trust more on what people say of the artists, rather than their numbers in social media. Many great artists have been outed for not delivering on time or anything at all for YEARS, so be careful before flushing thousands into the toilet7. Have fun. Face streamer or not, we can tell when you're being burnt out, so please take care of yourself

I feel like if your design can be summarized as: humanoid cute anime girl with some parts missing or switched with animal/fantasy/scifi -parts or added said parts; you already are kinda generic.
