Japenis is all about the number of words you remember. So renshuu your ass 1-2h a day. At early stage you can do like 500 words 200 kanjis weekly. 2 months and you can read live transcripts at basic level. After that is a marathon until you are fast enough to listen lives and to know how shitty your average manga translators are.
