Cover obviously doesn't want talents complaining about the loss of the EN branch and ID branch. While Kiara might be quick to imagine the worst on a cynical level the merge with the JP branch does make it easier to cut the budget on talents who bring in less revenue. Many of the ID talents are doomposting so their trust in management is low. Maybe everything will be okay but keeping the merge a secret from the talents until July is curious if they are merely removing branch names.

Both towa and, god forbid, /#/, posted about it.It's simply that Cover gave all members forms to fill in on what they wanted to change their catchphrases and bios / profiles into after Cover merges all 3 branches together. Korone said that they allowed them to write anything, but reminded them not to put branch names (ID, JP, EN) since Cover was moving away from that. Because of that, she didn't put Hololive anywhere. Some other members also forgot to put their unit names in so it's not like she's the only one either.
