tl;dr Although she agrees that the merger looks bad from a company perspective, growing at a global scale requires internal restructuring that gives Hololive members a solid foundation on which they can work together in the face of the branch differences and rising competition. After the merger, she expects management to no longer deny them resources on the ground that they're not JP and instead give them an even playing field.
