From the sounds of it, each talent now has a guaranteed budget to do whatever they want (probably nothing crazy; probably just enough to cover a yearly bday live). If you want more, then it is based on what you earn. The more you earn, the bigger the budget you have. The bigger the budget, the bigger the projects.So, if you are a smaller holo talent or don't have any political pull, you are out of luck the gravy train is over.It doesnt sound great, but why would it? This is consolidation, not a merger whatsoever. Merger sugar coats it and protects from the reality of the situation.Healthy operations don't restructure and consolidate. They do those things to course correct and get healthy.
