Indie of 2 years here. I also used to be afraid that people would react badly to me not wanting to collab with women (yeah I know) but it ended up being totally ok. I think there's a good chance things might turn about as well for you if you end up deciding you need to directly say you don't want male collabs.
I don't know what'd be your best move honestly. I think... probably better just to ignore and many will pick the hint. If some guys keep insisting eventually you can say something like "I'm really so it takes me time to get used to new people" and you can discretely start interacting with other girls. If you really have to address the topic directly and you're not comfortable saying "I just want to be loyal to my fans" etc. then you can handwave it by saying that you had "bad experiences with men in the past" and that should be enough for virtually everyone to leave you alone.
For a girl I imagine you'd still get the pushy guy now and then but at that point no one in Vtubing are going to think you're stuck up for not wanting to network with him.
But again these are just my thoughts. The advice a lot of people gave me is that outside of Twitter people really really don't care that much at the end of the day, and many times the outrage mob itself peters out after like a couple days.
