Honestly I think Youtube will be a bit like the fall of Rome (?) in that there wouldn't be some huge cataclysmic event that makes everyone leave. There will just be wave after wave of migrations so gradual that like 10 years in the future we'd realize the audience is now divided between YT, Bilibili, some third site, and the plethora of boutique sites (like Rplay or CuriosityStream) and random small fish (Vimeo, Peertube, etc.). Most creators will probably have accounts in the big sites and try to funnel some of their fanbase to their accounts in other sites where they can do more wild content kinda like how Patreon used to be.
