It's probably because there's a correlation of women having nerdy interests and having weak constitutions.
Mori was diagnosed with Age-Related Macular Degeneration. Kiara has Fibromyalgia. Those are both autoimmune disorders. FUWAMOCO's schedule this year looked a lot like how Gura's did in 2024 and 2025, and they just recently made the announcement that Mococo was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in February and isn't responding to treatment anymore. I think Gura probably has something similar.
All of them are White women and White women are more likely to develop autoimmune diseases.
The symptoms of many autoimmune diseases often start appearing in adulthood, in the 20s and 30s. It can be triggered by getting very sick or low amounts of sleep, poor health, etc.

If Saba has one, it sounds like treatment wasn't working in February, and so she probably has one of them that requires treatment.
It could be anything from Crohn's disease to Endometriosis or Lupus or god forbid, Multiple Sclerosis. There are about 170 different ones, and many of them have overlapping symptoms, so it's difficult to narrow down.

All we know is, Kiara once said that one of the members of Myth had an illness that made it incredibly difficult to travel. We all supposed she was talking about Gura at the time, but we didn't know what disease it might be.
Gura once said that she was going to tell us what it was, but then decided last second not to because "it was embarrassing".
Before she left, Saba said that she was going to talk more about it but then ultimately didn't. She said that she was really sick, but she eventually would be better. She also said that thinking about it made her really sad.
If it's embarrassing, then maybe it's Crohn's or IBD. If it makes her sad, it might be something that causes increasingly long term damage over time, like MS or makes her infertile like Endometriosis.
It's too difficult to narrow it down because there are so many things it could be. At the very least, I do wish she would at least say if it's an autoimmune disease because if it is, I think it'd explain a lot and maybe even reduce a lot of the hate she's getting.
