Regardless of who's fault it is for the delay, they should have considered pushing it back just a little bit more for what appears to be a pretty important event that Layna was hosting. Seems important because agencies and brands are involved. It's not really about obligation, they're not obligated to reschedule, it's more just common courtesy given that Layna is sort of part of the "circle". Like a coworker whose work often intertwines with yours. It's just the considerate thing to do.
