Generally a good streaming game is something that gives the streamer lots of ways to interact with it or gives them the tools to create unique and memorable moments. They also tend to be either short enough to finish in a few sittings, or longterm + easily accessible to new viewers. JRPGs for example are usually poor streamer games regardless of how good they are because they tend to be far too long and horrible for new viewers who wouldn't want to join midway and not know the plot, etc. Popular games tend to break the mold occasionally, but usually if they're an RPG they fall off exponentially with each new stream.
