As far as promos go, it's useful to bypass some of the more simplistic limits of 2k models for something more polished, i think its fine.
For the mods, i'm always weary about them but there have been a LOT of cool things being modded into 2k26. its kind of a "too soon to tell" sort of thing. looks cool, but i'm not risking my save file to check them out yet.
