Vallure's main failing was that Stronny was not a good manager, she was both a control freak and she tried to do way too much and never learned to delegate (and she was doing a ton of shit that she should not have been doing, that nobody asked her for because she had this autistic standard) and burned herself out in the process.

She has no idea what is required to actually raise up juniors, and she unironically got pissy and shut herself off from the entirety of gen 1 when the others girls had the audacity to have a singular (1) meeting without her because she never realized her own conflict of interest in trying to be both a talent and a manager at the same time, yes I'm not even joking. As it turns out your girls do all turn into mental basket cases when you are completely unavailable 5 months into a company because you can't take your ego out of your business and work like an adult with people. I'm not even going to get into the other ways that Stronny herself required tard wrangling as a talent, because she absolutely fucking did.

This isn't to say stronny wasn't a good person, or a good streamer, I think she did her best in her own way, and she genuinely had good intentions, but she wasted hundreds of thousands of dollars on vanity projects that went nowhere (such as bank rolling Nyannas 3D concert) instead of directing that to paying a competent manager.

People will hypothesize why vallure failed, and that is the main reason.
