I doubt it is a medical issue, but it isn't impossible. If it was a bone or spine issue it could possibly explain why she stopped doing Aerial flips and instead only did normal flips? But if it really was something that bad, would she really have kept silent aout it? Her heart could also be a possibility. Filian having a heart condition, especially considering her age and the fact that she is female, would be very rare, but again, not impossible.
