>>115709964While this is true and their last 3 games were utter bombs the possibility of seeing all the ME trilogy characters again gave me a small dose of hopium that ME5 would at least be decent enough. A shame that it wasn't meant to be, unless some company manages to buy the IPs from EA but I bet the Saudi prince would rather sit his despotic ass on top of all the franchises that will never see the light of day because he can't squeeze them with mtx.

Everyone with passion that loved vidya and nerd culture genuinely has either died, moved on or been pushed out. There's nothing stopping you from playing the classics forever, Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, Neverwinter Nights, Kotor 1, these games aren't going anywhere and they can be even better with mods.
