the reason I mention longform content is because shortform content often comes from stream clips and I assume they haven't started streaming yet. I suppose you can do scripted shorts, but then they would need a vtuber model already for that. With longform you don't need a model yet or you can use a PNG. You could also do shortform with a PNG, but I find that to be harder since it's less expressive (unless you're an editing god). Honestly I would say networking is better than longform out of the things I mentioned

I posted something the other day but I’ll break it down, you need something that gives value to the viewer, something like a tutorial, a story time video, commentary/react video, or news. That’s pretty much evergreen content no matter if you do shortform or longform content.
It’s a lot easier if you’re talking about a niche, I’ll use deadlock, make sure videos talking about your opinion of the new characters, commentary on the design aspects, news for when the next patch comes out etc. you can apply that to anything. Outside doing a niche if you’re a variety streamer, story times about yourself or react content to scenes in a game maybe? Art, explain your process, or tutorial about a function in the program.

ok, let me explain just in case, he is a programming vtuber who, amongst many other things, has a vtuber model that can be altered by his viewers through redeems and even chat commands, if you set up something like that with any of the normal lewd stuff you are pretty much set, just let viewers choose the color of something like the bikini that you wear, or w/e of that sort

another thing would be to try to just do lewd stuff related to programming, there are many avenues like that, coding those plugs that go inside your you know where that people use for gaming, creating a lewd game live on stream, many such similar simple things that would just have you use your programmer skills for a lewd project!

I can’t continue as I have been. It’s a grind that does nothing but wear me away and I keep getting the lesson that it will never make a difference no matter what.
