>>115797710no such thing as a chump change in business, nowadays servers are only open for like 6 hours so people don't ruin their health over it, so I don't think that's a huge issue, and the drama enjou cost is always up to the streamer's judgement, granted I think many times streamers don't understand the difference in riskiness between games, some company wide difficulty ranking in terms of drama handling could be handed out, like playing animal crossing is a 1 skull in drama difficulty, you're unlikely to piss off anyone or cause drama playing it, league of legends is like a 3, good chances that you'll annoy people or get into drama, gta is a max 5 skulls and it's practically guaranteed that you will piss off people and get into drama at some point so you need the skills and toughness to handle it, and ebio said that he thinks the company had the most growth when nijisanji servers were buzzing so from the streamer side they're fine with the risk reward equation, there's also a difference in the drama on a company server and an open server, even if you're annoyed at kuzuha's group getting special stuff unlocked you'll still think that oh well it's kuzuha and they'll do fun content, and the yaguruma shooting kuzuha randomly drama was smoothed out in the end too because people know both parties, while on an open server people will just go "wtf is this nigga?" from both sides, I think at the end of the day it's just a matter of money, if it costs 1 million or more to run the server then who's coughing it up? the company won't do shit for a net loss, and telling one streamer to cough it up is awkward, one thing that people could do is that if a 100 people play on it then everyone puts in 10k and it's good, but these kind of fundraisers are also awkward and annoying to handle, at that point someone who's doing well will just say whatever I'll pay for it, and then we're back at the same issue that someone will just have to pay for it and it's quite awkward to just tell someone to come on pay up because I want to play a game
