Her living/working situation as a teenager was rather fucked and she has always taken way too much on by herself. It was just never going to end well with path she was on. There is no solution, Haato died inside in 2021, a whole branch + one of her best friends retired because of a single mistake she made, someone with the mental issues she has can't cope with that.
