Basically, the pattern of this game is that they got rid of everything that wasn't immediately obvious or convenient. It sucks.Every interesting puzzle was butchered. Every memorably difficult part was made into brainless schlock. Any solution that was even slightly esoteric was replaced. Any obstacle that posed any friction to the player was removed.Elements that matched the environment like the Forest Temple tree branch or the Fire Temple bridge post were replaced with normal square hookshot targets. The spinning, tilting ice flows in front of the ice cavern were replaced with a straightforward bridge. Wallmasters now shine a bright red spotlight down on link and you can mash buttons to escape if they grab you.This game is pretty, but the decisions they made are unforgivable. Other than the visuals, this remake is trash.
