I am once again posting my i3 setup that hasn't changed since the last 2 times I've posted it.
>>
>>8135622
surprised you're running i3 on a hybrid laptop. how's gaming working out for you? could never get my strix to work well on any xorg stuff.
>>
>>
>>
>>8135622
I've had mostly minor issues with it, and none I'd attribute to X11. Gaming with Wine has been fine, but I haven't gamed in at least a year.

>couldn't get audio recording with MIDI to work. I'm definitely not very knowledgeable in that area, but I was able to do so with my Windows boot no problem
>Wayland has given me issues in the past which is what pushed me to switch to this current setup since all the normal desktop environments have integrated it
>The obnoxiously loud fan that I've been unable to control.

All that said...I will never buy an Asus or Nvidia product ever again and when I eventually get a new laptop I'll probably try out Sway.

Context for the lady pictures: The previous owner of this laptop was a 3D renderer. The ladies were his renders. (there's more renders from him on the laptop, including a few naked ladies)

god that is sublime, it looks like a texture from a game. huge office, no ones there, all the lights are on and every so often you see a monitor left on. places that are supposed to have lots of people adopt a surreal chill vibe when they are empty. I really really really like this image, like a lot, i think it's great. It's art, genuinely i will fucking fight you if you dont think im RIGHT. ok... good. walk on.

>>8135848
This one also looks, "hella vibey". It's got some interesting themes, i had to watch it 45 times before it made sense. The rich subtext shall only reveal itself to the most erudite and holy of us. Lucky im here. RIght so, heres the scoop. They are using this desktop to upload the digitized consciousness of Yagrum Bagarn, and his terrible CorprusPLAGUE on some little blue people? into lil blue android men?!?!

It's not cricket if you ask me
