You want to change just squish it so that it has the right shape, but change the aspect ratio? There are many tools that can do this for you, ffmpeg has scaling built-in and many other image editors have it too depending on which one you are using. (https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Scaling) But without knowing the aspect ratio that your phone uses, we can't make that change for you. Also, you should post in the IMT if you want someone to do that for you.
