What a video generator are not set up for (at the moment) is to simply take each frame of a scene (could be hundreds of frames) and quickly convert them. But you certainly could use an image convertor and convert each frame, it would take a while tho on even a 5090. I also think a certain frames like in fast moving parts would struggle to get converted correctly due to blurring and the sheer speed. This wis where AI comes into it, skipping certain frames and in post processing (like Rife does) knowing that it is a fight scene and what is expected.

So Seedance Fast uses less credits than the normal model, and the quality difference is negligble, at least for doing live action stuff, cartoon stuff is a bit iffy, but I'm liking what I've been able to do.

Or you can use a small refence audio sample for the voice and it will base the voice on that. also some Loras will have the voices in them (or audio) which they can use and they change according to the prompt used. Example is another enhanced prompt based on the source image and the prompt.
