Then they pushed him out and wanted to replace him with pajeets who could stomp out more material faster (see Emergence), because Boom is a perfectionist. It backfired though because the fans didn't like it, and now they have basically gone silent and are just coasting on the merch money.

Pretty good episode, Strider definitely delivered on the animation. I did see smoke puffs appearing and disappearing out of nowhere from time to time, but aside from that it looks good.I'm happy it wasn't a yap episode. Not sure what to think of the TSM design. Also weird to see him with an astro ring. The astros took everything from him, like kidnapping one titan, killing the other (at least as far as TSM knows), etc. Would be an interesting dynamic to see him reject their technology because of how much he hates them.
What an unbearably "nothing happens" boring ep. The animation feels empty. The movements and actions used to have a sense of weight to them, like you could actually feel that the robots were made of metal. Now they just feel like cartoonish plastic
