Yeah Matt Furie, Pepe's creator, made them. They were NFT videos iirc. I believe they were being auctioned off at rarepepes.fun. The site is obviously not active anymore and somehow I can't get any of the archived pages to work either. You can try yourself here https://web.archive.org/web/20250000000000*/rarepepes.fun.
I hope someone at least archived the video that were made public. I've only watched ~7.
